Time2Shine Competition Record Year!

2025 was a record year for competition results at the Alton Towers Time2Shine Weekender event in September! This is another annual highlight for us as it means both our Stage Competition dancers (Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary) and Street Dance Competition dancers travel together to compete across the same major event.

Not only is the atmosphere electric, it is also a chance for our teams to spend time together making memories with a big party night, water park, workshops, and time to bond! Also, our dance parents take part and work on a group dance routine, which they compete so, as you can imagine, it’s a top weekend (they also came 2nd!!!)

This year was exceptional, and the image above shows the large number of trophies we came home to Cornwall with! Wow!

The vibes were so uplifting and on top of the successes above with trophies, there were other equally amazing things happening! Our older dancers were there every step of the way to support our mini dancers, new to the world of competition! They were cheering and supporting all the different pieces and other schools and studios that attended the event, dancers were building each other up to go out on the floor with confidence, and it all paid off! We went as a team and came back even stronger!
